Sweet Beginnings

Rabbi Dianne of my shul in New York (Romemu) said "In the month of Elul, we have repenting to do. We've had enough of tearing each other apart. Let's set an intention to focus on not being "right" and elevating people instead of tearing them down." 


In my experience, to have a clean start, I need to apologize to people first, before I can go before HaShem.

P.P.S. Our Sammy had dental surgery because he had a tooth infection. Baruch HaShem, he's back to normal and asking for treats 999 times a day.
