As we pause this Veterans Day to honor the men and women who have served our country, I find myself reflecting on the courage, dedication, and quiet strength of our veterans—especially my father, who served proudly in World War II. His photo reminds me of what true service means: not only the bravery shown in uniform but the resilience and values carried home afterward. He was kind, gentle and everyone liked him.
In my shop, I strive to celebrate that same spirit of gratitude and remembrance. I create each design—whether a personalized tea towel, home décor piece, or commemorative platter—as a way to carry forward the stories that shaped us. This November, let’s take a moment to thank the veterans in our lives. A simple gesture, a heartfelt note, or a meaningful handmade gift can say, “I see you, I honor your service, and I’m grateful.”
